Conduct, Punctuality & Discipline

  • Punctuality is mandatory. All students must arrive at school on time. Late arrivals will be noted and discouraged.
  • Students are expected to maintain regular attendance. Irregular attendance, habitual lateness, or unjustified absences will affect academic standing and may lead to disciplinary action.
  • Full school uniform must be worn daily, including proper footwear. Students must be neat, clean, and well-groomed at all times.
  • Respect for teachers, staff, and peers is expected from all students. Acts of disobedience, rudeness, or disrespect will not be tolerated.
  • Students should not wear gold ornaments or expensive accessories to school. The management is not responsible for loss of such items.
  • Every student is responsible for their own belongings such as books, stationery, lunch boxes, and other personal items.
  • Any damage to school property must be reported immediately. Students responsible will be required to compensate for the damage.
  • Enrolment in the school implies that parents and students accept all school rules and regulations issued by the management.
  • All students are expected to be courteous, disciplined, and well-behaved within the school premises and during school activities.
  • Use of foul language, misbehavior, or gross indiscipline will lead to serious consequences, including suspension or expulsion.

General Instructions

  • The school provides transportation facilities for students residing in surrounding localities. Parents are requested to confirm routes and availability with the transport coordinator.
  • Qualified, trained, and experienced teachers are appointed to ensure quality instruction across all subjects and grade levels.
  • A monthly progress report is sent to parents or guardians for review and signature. This helps monitor academic performance and attendance regularly.
  • The school has well-equipped Science and Computer Laboratories, supporting hands-on learning and practical exposure in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science.
  • A well-stocked library is available for students to cultivate reading habits, explore reference materials, and enrich their knowledge beyond textbooks.
  • Physical Education is a vital part of the curriculum. Professional PET instructors conduct regular training to promote physical fitness and sportsmanship.
  • Parents may meet the Principal on specific dates announced each month, usually between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. for queries, feedback, or discussions.
  • The student handbook serves as a daily communication tool between parents and the school. It must be brought to school every day and should be regularly reviewed by parents to track homework, assignments, and teacher remarks.
  • Parents or guardians are not permitted to meet teachers or students during class hours. If urgently required, prior permission must be obtained from the Principal.
  • A current and accurate address and contact number of parents or guardians must be maintained in school records. Any changes must be reported to the office immediately.
  • Cleanliness and hygiene must be maintained by students at all times. Waste must be disposed of only in the dustbins provided in classrooms and corridors.
  • Students must be honest and responsible. Lost property found on campus must be handed over to the school office. If a student loses an item, they can inquire at the office.
  • Parents are expected to cooperate with school authorities in fostering discipline, encouraging participation in school events, and supporting overall student development.
  • The school values transparent and respectful communication. Any suggestions or concerns from parents are always welcome through proper channels.

Code of Conduct for Pupils

  • All students must report to school on time and in full, clean, and prescribed uniform on all working days and for all school functions.
  • Students should strictly follow school timings and are expected to be inside the campus at least five minutes before the first bell.
  • Participation in the morning assembly and prayer is compulsory. After assembly, students must proceed silently and in order to their respective classrooms.
  • Discipline should be maintained at all times — both inside and outside the classroom. Irregular behavior or causing disturbances will not be tolerated.
  • Students are not allowed to shout, run, or play in the classrooms or corridors during instructional hours.
  • Personal hygiene and grooming are essential. Boys must have neatly trimmed hair. Uniforms should be clean, ironed, and worn properly every day.
  • All homework and assignments must be completed on time and submitted to the respective subject teachers without fail.
  • Each student is responsible for their personal belongings such as books, stationery, lunch boxes, and other materials. The school is not liable for lost items.
  • Wearing expensive jewelry, gold ornaments, or costly accessories is strictly prohibited. Any such item brought to school is at the student's own risk.
  • The school is responsible for student safety only within the campus premises. Any incident occurring outside the campus or beyond school control is not the school’s responsibility.
  • Students must not scribble on walls, desks, or property. Any damage to school infrastructure or furniture will attract a penalty as decided by the Principal.
  • Absentees for annual examinations without a valid reason will be considered detained. Re-examinations are not conducted. However, in exceptional cases, annual performance may be reviewed for promotion.
  • Parents or guardians are not allowed to meet children or teachers during class hours. All queries must be directed to the school office or scheduled with prior permission.
  • Students who fail to follow school rules such as not wearing uniform, missing books, lack of parent signature, or repeated late-coming may be sent home.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable. Delay in payment may result in denial of exam entry or other disciplinary actions.
  • Students must carry their school diary daily and update it with homework and instructions. Parents must review and sign it regularly.
  • Parents are expected to read and understand these regulations and guide their children to strictly abide by them.
  • Every student must strive to maintain a cheerful and positive atmosphere, promote mutual respect, and uphold the values and dignity of the institution.

Rules & Regulations

  • Leave will be granted only when a written leave letter is submitted, clearly stating the reason for absence. Verbal or late excuses may not be entertained.
  • Students suffering from infectious diseases such as flu, measles, mumps, hepatitis, or severe cold should not attend school until fully recovered.
  • Re-examinations will not be conducted for students who are absent during tests or exams, except in rare and justified situations.
  • Acts of indiscipline, carelessness in studies, or inattentiveness will be addressed seriously. Repeated offenses may lead to suspension or dismissal.
  • Students exhibiting misbehavior, aggression, or defiance may be issued Transfer Certificates as a disciplinary measure.
  • Parents must encourage their children to actively participate in school activities such as Annual Day, Sports Day, and Competitions.
  • Progress reports will be issued after each term or test. Parents must sign and return them within three days of receipt.
  • Fees must be paid by the 5th of every month. In case of delays, it may be extended up to the 10th with prior approval. Failure to comply will incur penalties.
  • Students are expected to maintain cleanliness in classrooms, corridors, and school premises. Waste must be thrown into the designated bins.
  • Honesty and integrity are core values. Lost and found items must be reported to or submitted at the school office.
  • Parents are welcome to visit the school for queries. However, they must not enter classrooms during school hours. Meetings should be scheduled with the Principal or Administrative Officer.
